Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

Due to this fact, the operators and owners of hothairywomen.com are exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as expressed in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). In keeping with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of hothairywomen.com may remove any visual matter which is considered illegal, defamatory, indecent, harmful or otherwise in conflict with the website's terms of use and/or policies.

Designated Records Custodian
